Shipping Info
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Our standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) as well as the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders leave from either our Williamsburg, Virginia or Middlebury, Vermont warehouses. Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will send you a notice of expected delivery date. If you have a specific deadline please let us know the desired date. Due to the individual attention given to each piece of pewter holloware, please order early for holidays and other events. Please note, UPS or USPS does not pick up or deliver on major federally recognized holidays.
Pewter is a soft alloy composed of tin, copper, and antimony. Because of the nature of the metal, it requires special care. Our shipping charges are determined by the cost of transportation, insurance, boxing and protective packaging.
Expedited Shipping
We offer express shipping in the form of 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Saver or Next Day Air. ***UPS will not deliver any packages on Saturday unless the customer is willing to pay for Saturday Delivery charge.***
Returns
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are believed to be in excellent condition. We are proud of the quality of our pewter and stand behind every piece we produce. If you are not happy with your purchase from us for any reason, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange. Please contact customer service at 1-800-222-3142 ext. 249 to obtain return instructions.
