Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Our standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders leave from our Williamsburg, Virginia warehouse. Typically, orders placed during the standard business week, (Monday - Friday) will ship the following business day. Orders with engraving typically ship within 4 business days or less. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until at least Monday, as there is no UPS pick up on weekends. Orders in transit during the weekend WILL NOT move until the following business day. Please note, UPS does not pick up or deliver on major federally recognized holidays.

Pewter is a soft alloy composed of tin, copper, and antimony. Because of the nature of the metal, it requires special and exhaustive care to insure that it withstands the stress of transportation and arrives in good condition. As a result, our shipping charges are determined by the weight of the item(s), and reflect the cost of transportation, insurance, boxing and protective packaging.

Expedited Shipping
We offer express shipping in the form of 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Saver or Next Day Air. ***UPS will not deliver any packages on Saturday unless the customer is willing to pay for Saturday Delivery charge.***

Returns
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are believed to be in excellent condition. Should you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction, we will gladly accept the return. Please contact customer service at 1-800-550-5356 to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please return the item in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days of signed delivery, accompanied by a copy of original receipt. A full refund for the returned product(s) will be issued ONLY if returned item is new re-sellable condition. Items which show signs of use will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or buffing fee.
***Engraved items are considered to be custom items, and are therefore non-returnable.***
Returns are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase within 1-14 business days upon receipt of the item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), we will either exchange or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Return shipping charges incurred by the customer will be refunded if the item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.
